Super Fudgy Brownies
Only a few ingredients make these brownies so delicious and fudgy, and after one bite, you will never go back to boxed brownie mixes again!

Ingredients
  • 1cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2Tablespoons vegetable/canola oil
  • 2 1/4cup granulated sugar
  • 4medium eggs
  • 4Tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1cup all purpose flour
  • 1cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9×13 pan with foil sprayed with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In large bowl with mixer on low, combine melted butter, oil and sugar and mix until light and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well until light in color, about 2 minutes (this will give brownies a shiny, crackly top).
  4. To bowl, add flour, cocoa powder and salt. With mixer on low, mix until JUST combined. Do not over-mix. Some small lumps will remain in batter.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes for fudgy brownies, additional 5 minutes for cake-like brownies.
  6. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan with foil liner. Cut as desired.
