Spicy Guacamole
Creamy and full of flavor, this dip will not last long! It’s quick and easy, and can be modified to one’s own liking.

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados(ripe~soft to the touch, but not mushy)
  • 1/4teaspoon salt
  • 1Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lime juice(we used bottled)
  • 1/8teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1teaspoon minced garlic
  • Freshly ground pepper (optional)(to taste)
  • 1/4cup Cilantro(chopped)
Instructions
  1. Cut avocados in half, lengthwise. Remove pit* and discard. With tablespoon, scoop into small bowl, mash with fork.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well (we like it less chunky), or to desired consistency.
  3. Top with few leaves of cilantro for garnish. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

*Pits can easily be removed by cutting avocado in half lengthwise, firmly seating a large knife into the center of the pit, then rotate knife slightly to remove pit.
