Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
An amazing, tangy, slightly spicy sauce that is very versatile.

ketchup

honey

apple cider vinegar

cup
Water

Tablespoons
Worcestershire Sauce

Tablespoons
mustard powder

Tablespoons
brown sugar

teaspoon
onion powder
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
1/4
teaspoon
Cayenne Pepper
7 1/2
oz
can Chipotle peppers* in Adobo Sauce
Instructions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and blend with immersion blender or food processor.
In medium sauce pan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approx. 15 minutes.
Let cool, then store in quart~sized jars.
